Satchmo Club Strut
The SATCHMO CLUB STRUT is a musical club crawl along Frenchmen Street and the surrounding area that is the annual fundraiser for NOJC's outreach programs. For one extraordinary night we close the street to vehicular traffic and all the clubs feature special performances in the spirit of Louis Armstrong to kick-off the Satchmo Summerfest weekend. Strutters purchase a wristband that allows them entrance to various venues to enjoy the live jazz music or a VIP Balcony Party wristband that allows entrance to all venues including Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro and VIP balcony parties overlooking the fun on Frenchmen Street.
